Speed is not the problem- it's all the Drunk Drivers on the road that the Aussie Government makes heaps of BOOZE TAX off resulting in pissweak laws against drunk drivers like Bob Carr. Then, there is of course all the speeding fines that should have never been issued in the 1st place.
