XTRE-Power Box---Good Idea and apart from what some people will tell you, they do work.
[attachment=8979]
Power Commander V--Good deal, wire run down to the left side of the bike lnto the speed output wire & you can have a fuel map for all 6 gears. Then set up your Powercommander Autotune with WIDEBAND O2 SENSOR (Stock is Narrowband), make a Air Fuel Ratio Map for all 6 gears. 5 gears with GRUNT 6th Gear for highway economy at cruising rpm. Then, if you want to tune it like a swiss clock after your maps are "trained" by the PC Autotune, bung a K Type Thermocouple on each exhaust header and tune every cylinder. 24 fuel maps.
This article from www.maxracesoftware.com may help you understand,
after all, how many bikes have you seen with an O2 Sensor on each exhaust header ?

When you put your bike on the dyno, they'll only use 1 x O2 Sensor for all 4 x Cylinders so it will be tuned to an AVERAGE of 4 x Cylinders AFR.
Even on The ECU Hacking Forum they'll tell you all 4 x Cylinders have different fuel maps, but hey, you can have Pete do that when he re-flashes your ECU but then again you can do that with your PCV and then again, there's no guarantee that each of your 4 injectors is machined exactly the same.
My K8 had to be trimmed down 5% on #1 Cylinder & up 5% on #4
[attachment=8981]
1) PCV & Autotune
2) EGT/PCV AFR Tune for Each Cylinder
3) Dyno
PCIII
&
PCV & Autotune----Don't knock it.
This post was not meant to upset people, I'm just having another 24hour day brain injury certified nutcase morning.
Cheers
