Besides all of above, one thing is for sure that our body's age more then our mind....:). I would discuss it with my partner and would go for surgical procedures i.e. a facelift, fat reduction in certain problem areas, tummy tuck, Breast augmentation (for ladies) if your partner has delivered kids then she needs some of the above (this is important sexually for both) and similarly if men are lazy or looking older then their partners then a facelift etc can be recommended.
either of partners wouldn't mind a 10 yr younger you and in this day - age all is possible.
FYI,,, Thailand is a cheap place for all of above.
