First Service in Perth?

I was thinking about getting my bike serviced at savage, but that isn't a very good recommendation. Everyone else thinks that they are OK. I wonder if your experience was a one off??

I had Savage do a major service on mine, the bike when finished was idling at 1700 revs.
I went in and saw a mechanic who came out and turned the idle down. he did not know that the bike had just been serviced.
He said the brake and clutch fluids look a bit dirty, he then looked at the k's and said your due for a service we will replace them then.
Will never go back.
