Been quoted $280 for 12k service on Gen2 with mineral oil. What sort of price has anyone else paid?

Also told by shop that Suzuki don't recommend use of fully synthetic oil as it can lead to issues with back torque limiter clutch and oil consumption. Thoughts on this?

Shop also recommended changing the iridium plugs ($25 ea) even though Suzuki recommended interval is at 24k. Thoughts?
