Riding Boots - any bad ones?

....i usually let the ambient temperature have the final say on that one, Bundybusa.
summertime i go for the shearest (most thin) socks i can grab outta da draw in a hurry (my foot tends to be a little looser in the boot, but it's not an issue). winter riding, the exact opposite (take a pair of both styles when you do your trip to the shop).....hope that helps, m8.
