In my mind this is the scariest bit. Completing 120hrs BEFORE you do your driving course.
Driving should be taught by professional instructors & they should all teach the EXACT same course. One of the reasons we have so many probelms on the roads is because of kids learning from Mum & Dad, who, of course teach the kids the "right" way. That being THEIR way, along with all of the bad habits.
No one should be allowed on the road until they've done a certified driving course.
Once they get their licence, everyone should also do a advanced course with at least 1 portion in a skid pan.
What happened to "Keep Left" ??? No one does that anymore. Not here anyway. Young drivers sitting in the right lane because no one has taught them to keep left.
