WA Busa Speed Trials

Okay, there's a lot of interest in this. It's getting bigger than Ben Hur.
There's a few directions we can take this:

* Run WA Busa Speed trials as an event with insurance, permits, etc
* Run speed trials as part of a larger event, coming under the promoter's insurance (bazquote: best option, me finks)
* Some bloke sitting in the shade with the ECU flashing kit, and.. "hey look! we just so happen to be near a suitable venue!".....

Point 1 or 2 would be fine, afterall it is a speed trial, so let's look at making it official!.
