Great article Toecutter, you are not afraid to improve on a formidable package. They are a powerhouse donk with a lot of torque thats for sure, dropping clutch at 2500 and then pinning it is evidence of that. Busa standard will always be behind in that area because it is giving away 340cc in capacity for a start and Vmax fuelling gives no thought to any economy. Wish they weren't made by Yamaha
, if I ever got my hands on one would respray it and get away from the bland gunmetal grey crowd..
