Thanks. If it is the bearings, I don't want to find out halfway up the mountain at Tathra! Thanks for the offer of a jack, I wasn't ENTIRELY sure how I was going to get the front wheel off the ground. For a moment I was wondering about throwing a line over the scaffolding in the roof of the shed and hooking her up..... but that probably wouldn't work. Then i was thinking about a couple of housebricks and Anthony Tan.... but that is fraught with peril.
