My first real job after paperboy and stablehand was a Fitter and Machinest with BHP. - 4 year appy and 2 yrs on machines.
I joined the Air Force and stayed for 21 years which was brilliant and loved it. Managed to travel around the world for free.
For most of the time was a Network Admin /Comms controller and ended my career as the Training coordinator for the Information Systems and Telecommunications school at Wagga Wagga.
Continued in civvy street as a network admin and help desk operator for an aluminium smelter for 8 years.
A short stint as a locksmiths offsider - this was real interresting.
Now I sell steel - structural, merchant and plate. Cosy 9 - 5 Monday to Friday and its cool.
Sorry for yakking ya ears off.
You know what salesmen are like.
