Natcam, If you are happy to get low mileage out of soft tyres for the sake of grip, I suggest you go for the sticky variety of any brand. The Continetal s fitted to the new Triumphs and BMWs seem to get the nod from those guys. But the soft Bridgys - BT016, Avons and Pilot Powers are good too.
If you can find the right size, ANY of the new softys should be fine for ya!
