99 rear shock abouts 40000kms on them but with new HD spring - $80 - $100
stock swing arm - no idea
stock 99 wheels - $400
front and rear calipers with braided lines - old black calipers not gold $200 - $250

I can help with standard swingarm prices, last year they(gen1) swingers were going for between $250 and $300 with new bearings and fitting going to around $100. Also don't forget to get a swingarm in or out, the chain has to be split and rejoined.

Hope this helps.
