It would be interesting to see how those VSI's would relate to motorcycles, as I doubt anyone who'd be enforcing them would even know the std ride height of a busa! & besides, my interpretation has always been that veh's fitted standard with adjustable suspension is perfectly legal & the only thing they can go off is the standard 100mm clearance from the lowest hanging part of the vehicle, which in the act only relates to cars etc, no mention of motorcycles from what I can remember.
