Glad to hear you are OK and minimum damage to the Busa.
Can you let us know if your insurance co needed an incident number or if it wasn't necessary to report it to the police?
Just to clarify on the Neg driving, by practice, (not just in NSW I also heard of this in the US when people were sliding off snow covered and icy roads) a single vehicle accident is primea facia evidence of neg driving.
