The price on the bike looks good, but your gear sounds a bit steep. I'll ring my guys tomorrow to see what kind of price I can get on the bike. I'm not sure I can get much better though, it sounds good to me. Once you get a firm price on the bike, then start to negotiate on the gear. Ask if they will do you a deal if you buy all your gear at the same place. If they say they can't help you and they want you to pay ticket price, walk away and go somewhere else (for the gear). Thye can do pretty good deals on gear, specially if you are spending that kind of money.

thanks Heidi. i will hold off doing the deal until just after lunch. Had a shit of a day and don't expect tomorrow to be much better. Lucky I didn't have the bike today or I think I would have ridden of into the sunset and not returned!!! LOL..... least I have this to look forward to
