Pan,i can see how you want this to work out but it can't,i have been thinking of it over and over for my 12.
There is no good way to loose weight with out spending cash,lots of them...
My suggestion is to keep the bike with the mods you allready have,loose the side panels and hit the race track.
I was thinking of it too much a long time ago and i realised that the most important thing on the track for having fun is the wheel base....
916 Ducatis' where at 198 kgs dry but they where(and still are) perfect track bikes.It is just that they are short on wheelbase and narrow.
So again shortening the wheelbase is trouble(trust me i know..) and if you do it you'll have reset the suspension again.
Just loose the panels and hit the track man,it your best bet.If you crash you have money left from NOT spending money on the bike!
