machine early igniton rotor to 32bit tooth

Have heard of a couple been done now, no one mentioned any problems. Cant de or reheat treat, the magnets would be ratshit. When i do the swap i will mount the old one on a rotary table and give it a go in the mill. Leigh

You' going to need someone with the right equipment.I would think
the rotor would be hardened high carbon steel. the magneto rotor is.a file won't even leave a mark. Might need softening & re heat treating.Big bucks
