Smart TRE - how reliable ?

Im very happy with my Gear Indicator with smart TRE, never failed me to date. (made by Speedohealer)

Ok so i would be better off replacing my 16 bit ( if it is ) with a 32 bit ? from what the forums say its easier to flash the 32 bit and far cheaper than the 16 bit ?
would one from a 2003 model busa go onto the 2000 without to much mods ??

found one on ebay (USA) here is this mod well worth it -- or should a power comander be the way to go ?

No way, stay with the 16bit. I wouldnt bother with a power commander, instead get the GI Pro, then if you have after market cans on get a tune by reputable dealer who will tune the ecu to suit the bike.

PS. you will find it very handy to have a gear indicator and mount it ontop of dash, do a search here many topics on subject with pics.

Allrighty guys , i have read the pages on the GI pro website ( http://www.gi-pro.net/) and i think i may get one of these to replace my dodgy TRE

If you guys give it glowing reports and highly suggest i get it to suit my 2000 model bike than i will do so ---- so please guys - if you highly recommend it -- let me know -- if you think its just snake oil - also let me know :)
