They're officially known as "Yoshimura Cyclone Tri-Oval Dual Exit Slip-Ons" as per the attached link.

I wasn't able to find a supplier in the US who had them in stock although Motomummy http://www.motomummy.com/store/home.php (whom I've dealt with in the past) offered to source a pair for me (from Japan I assume) if I was prepared to wait 6-8 weeks and pay a 50% deposit up front. Being the impatient person that I am, I decided not to pursue this option and purchased them locally.
