The problem was.
My supplier had blocked the clients ip address (from their firewall)
because there were over 60 email checks in one hr.
This happened repeatedly after 4 temp blocks were put on.
Then the firewall softare put a final full block on.
May have been a virus email or something.
That was why the client was the only one who could not email or see his website.
Lol Just his ip address blocked.
Anyway poor client had no email for 2 days.
We got there but the pain.
