maybe not such a useless but useful bit of info. This was in the papers & on the radio a while back.
CPR should be performed at approx 100 compressions per minute, apparently if you remember the Bee Gees song Stayin' Alive (you know - stayin alive, stayin alive. Ah ha ha ha, stayin alive, stayin alive.) whilst doing it you should be pretty close as stayin' Alive has a beat of 103 BPM.
