How do I get in to change the screen resolution settings???

My daughter had a play & changed the screen resolution & then re-started.
Now, when booting up I get,
a) the standard "back ofice" stuff
b) The windows XP "Starting up" screen
c) Then nothing. A black screen.
d) A small blue dialogue box which says "Out of Range"
Which I assume means that the resolution has been set out of range of the monitor.

So how do I access the "Display" section of the set up to change it back when I can't actually see anything???????
