jsut really depends on the surface its self. if its a good bit of hot mix there shouldnt be any issues. theres a few other strips around that are getting up around the 1600-1700m range and this would probably suit us a bit better. and knowing alot of these bush airports struggle for cash some might jump at the chance. if we can get a good number together busa club or not then we may have a bit of money we could throw at the airport managers which generally in the back blocks tend to be local council workers. if we can get a good show of interest ill start looking around see if i can find something a bit longer that may be a pretty quiet strip we could have the run of for a few days.
