I've been flashed at the lights(wishfull thinking!!)

In Sydney I've been flashed on a couple of occasions at the lights
while moving in front of stopped cars to allow a bike behind me to have a better start off the lights.
On each occasion I never received a letter/fine. I just assumed they could tell I was stopped and not running the light.

I did once receive a fine in the mail that was obviously not me.(my number plate recorded but wrong place) I rang them expecting and ready for a long winded battle. They checked the photo while I was on the phone said it pretty hard to read, appologised, told me they would correct it and to ignor the fine.
