Hi Horndog,
My main gripe is the front fairing plastic needs to be larger. With the Gen 2 having a longer fender this would be even more important. The leading edges of the side fairings would be nice but as i mentioned in my "How to do" will probably interfere with the decals if you ever wanted to remove the plastic (dont know why you would do this).
I just washed my Busa from the jindy ride and discovered lots of paint chips (more than if I had the original paintwork - see next para) so will change my post to Highly recommend the treatment.
Some background. Ive replaced my original fairings with road fairings that i have painted with rattle cans which would be softer paint than the original and therefore chip more easily. Also, I usualy only ride with one or two others so fewer rocks etc than with larger groups. My road fairings dont have protective film.
Most of the chips are where the film would have been except on the upper part of the fender. Most of the chips are circled.
Cheers
Steven
