Very cheap 08 busa

Yeah, my Gen II copped it up the, uh, rear. The example shown here isn't what I'd call cheap (starting at $10,000) considering the damage I can ascertain from the happysnaps on their website.

I've repaired/rebuilt/straightened the odd bike frame and anything can be rebuilt. However my subframe was such a pain in the, um, rear that I cut my losses (time is money!) and bought a new one. Just seeing the damage to the example here (torn mounts, snapped front mounting bolts) that the sub-frame is cactus. If that's stuffed, there'll be a lot more beneath the skin. I'd be checking that rear wheel too - I had to buy another one. If both pipes got shunted then the wheel was tapped too.

However, this example appears far from a write-off, it's got a beautiful plumage and IMO the motor is worth every damn cent!
