The useless bits of info to see if we can make a million posts thread
Pulse...

can be felt in the wrist (radial), or along the neck (carotid), upper thigh (femoral), and some other places...

If you can feel someones pulse in their wrist, you can pretty much safely safe their blood pressure systolic (the upper reading i.e. 120/80 is regarded as pretty normal) is above 90.....

as if a persons blood pressure drops (they become hypotensive) under 100 systolic... hence you will not feel a pulse radially....

I'd go for the carotid next, if you can feel a pulse at someone's neck, then you can rest assured that their blood pressure is at least around 40 systolic - not very good anyways..... If you feel nothing then oh god you'd better do something.

anyway If I can't feel a persons radial pulse and they're laying on the ground and probably looking pretty pale - or even out to it. There's one thing you can do - its raise their legs!

this is so with what little blood that is trying to be pumped around the body, by elevating the legs you push as much blood as the body has to their brain & hence previous post, the brain needs two things to operate = OXYGEN and GLUCOSE
