Hi Max, If Pete's suggestion is unsuccessful, (Do it first).
Try this on Alex's computer.
1. Click on the Start button and select the RUN command.
This will open a window where you can type a command in.
2. Type regedit and hit the enter key.
This will open the Windows REGISTER where how your computer runs is controlled.
3. At the top of the screen is a menu bar, select Edit and then Find.
This will open a search window. Type in rKvodifi.exe - the file you are concerned about.
The computer search will go through the hundreds of lines of the registry and report back if it finds the file you are looking for.
4. IF the file is found, let me know. I might be able to talk you through getting rid of it.
