I would just buy a couple of small-diameter 4-fluted slot drills and stick em in a battery drill, or get some of those abrasive stones that are mounted on 1/4" spindles and use a die grinder, or high-speed electric drill.

Thanks Geri, I actually had a die grinding stone that has been in my toolbox for about 15 years.(Who said you should chuck out stuff you dont use) I bolted a small vice onto my pedestal drill and made a sort of mill. It took a little while but I got it ported out nicely.
