There is probably brighter but 55w is the brightest commonly available kit - giving about 5x the power of a 65w halogen.
One of the Forum members Glenn66 has kits that have been used by other members so PM him for prices. The typical (low end from eBay) prices I have seen for kits are is $150-200 for motorcycle kits and $150 - 250 for car kits, but anything up to $600 plus.
I dont know about the qualtiy of these kits but the one from Glenn66 has been recommended.
