Bike shops never fill the bloody book out anytway - never had an entry in any of the many new bikes I have had - I have swapped shops though because of shit service and has a lug broken on my first service. Beside the $$ they charge you which os a ripoff the work is never satisfactory but unless you have the tools and place and time which I dont then you only have the option for a bike shop - I have found one recently that does a good job and the shop is organised so until they piss me off I will keep ging there. its a tough decision and pisses me off as well
