with a new white under no circumstances should you have any paint or re-spray, no matter how much they say "it'll be 100% mate". either full insurance cover and fix with new parts or source out cheaper new parts overseas at your expense. Id be looking to do it via insurance replacing every scratched and damaged part, cud easilt get to $3-4k. and welcome.
Oh and heres a tip, if muffler shows any damage or scratch your entitled to a new replacement. But instead of an OEM replacement you negotiate with the your dealer for an aftermarket set say yoshis and use the value of the replacement muffler which could be $1200 not sure, towards the yoshis. Friend of mine did exactly that, you just need a dealer willing to help you out.
