BTW, they weren't recommending the drilling of holes in fully-faired motorcycles, but the application of a reflective sticker (such as those used on the front of some exotic sports cars in Europe). Someone posted a link to the full vicroads report in another thread. An interesting (if boring) read.

But I still oppose it.
