5000km's on the bike now and the shift is as smoth as anything ive riden so far.had a few issues early on in the peice were once or twice it found a false neutral between5th and 6th but was only when putting around an type of posative accelration saw simmiliar smooth effortless shifts. i have to say now the gearox and even whole ike is so smooth and so easy to ride compared to the gen 1. by this i mean that the gen1took a bit of muscling in commutg or cornering but the gen2 is effortless t ride almost especiialy with the gearbx and throttle im loving it!!
