Had an encounter a little while ago at some lights where a driver took offense to my very safe lane splitting. About 10 k later he appeared next to us (mrs on back) doing some pretty silly swerving & fist raising so i let him go. Pulled up at next set of lights & sat behind him as i thought id upset him enough. lights turned green, he takes off & slammes on the brakes. Could have killed us both, lucky the car behind us was on the ball. Wants me to pull over - more fist waving.

Although i was seeing red & quite happy to dance at that point we kept going. Just not worth it.

In the end i think i had more satisfaction knowing i did the right thing & was the better person

I do know where he lives but !!

In multi lane traffic - there are 2 sides to lane split - if you encounter a wanker like that again - sit back a little and when approaching the next set of lights make it appear that you will lane split on the right - he will obviously move to far right then come to a stop - you then manouver to the left - be sure that you have good balance by this stage as you will be required to lift your leg and snap his mirror off his car on the way past ....

If you didnt have your hand brake on the back of the bike , would you have had a little dance with this clown ? If you think about it -- how stupid is it for a cage driver to want to have a go at a bike rider , presuming you have all your bike gear on ( and keep it on ) any punch from idiot cage driver wont hurt - but a punch from bike rider will - especially if the have good gloves with reinforced knuckles :)
would certainly leave an imprint - something to think about the next time you see this clown - just remember wait for him to throw first punch as this will be witnessed by all the other drivers around you - then proceed to beat the shit out of him and claim self defense against a road rager..... he should then do time , provided you don't scream out anything stupid like im going to kill you ... :)

Hayabusa , If your not on one , your behind one .....
