I've been using Mother Alluminuim Polish on my titanium muffler for years.
I remove it from the bike and spend a fair ammount of time buffing out fine scratches and crud. I usually do this a couple of times a year. Just be carful on the Akro systems because you can and will wear out the sticker on the muffler...
