Fitting & cleaning titanium pipe system

Hi All,

I was just wondering firstly how most clean their titanium pipes??
I read some where that WD40 & 1200 grit sand paper worked nice?

Also I am guessing I am going to have to remove the rad to fit the new system, I wondered today how the bike will run till I can get it dyno'd for the new system?
