Yep you need some sort of boost referenced fueling
2 basic probs to overcome.. PC3 isn't boost referenced and std injectors at std pressures are only good for 190-200hp
simple fix is a FMU http://www.bellengineering.net/Pages/products_FPR.html like the 2025. there not the be all end all but are functional for a set boost pressure , not good for multi boost levels
I'm testing another system today with a bit bigger injector 1.7:1 reg and a pc3usb modified to read from a 3 bar map sensor instead of the TPS , trying to get away from the FMU as most dyno guys don't understand its function and kill engines trying to adjust the PC when the injector duty cycle is already at 100%
Next level would be Like Leonard and many others use ,a boost based engine manager add on and big injectors .
other option is a second set of injectors and boost based management, leaving the std injector/ecu un modified
