Well they handle better because they have lighter wheels, improved suspension and a better steering damper, along with the new BT015 tyres that stick like glue.

I've noticed that my new one is very simillar in handling to a BMW K1200S.

I've also had the resistance going into first gear at the lights and I found that if I released and reengaged the clutch it snicks back in straight away.
