I've been off for a while feeling sorry for myself over painting panels, and I've obviously missed a great deal of "posting" that has caused DJ to pull the pin. So i read a few of the posts on this thread and skipped the rest. I'm all for free speech, democracy etc, but whenever a group get together, there has to be some sort of agreed standards and protocol. 90% of the time, people do the right thing. Unfortunately 10% of the time arseholes make it a problem. So if they won't self regulate, ban them. There's a million sites out there for people to carry on like dickheads, let them go find it. I agree with posts, we don't have rights, it's a free service, it's helped me get into Busa's (and spend shit loads of money), I've met people from over east (Bruce) and also had some great interactions and help from others. Hell, I even got a mention in Rapid bike magazine way back (wife still cringes).
It's easy really, every time you join a forum, you tick a box that says you abide by the rules. So set the rules that maintain the standards you want, and piss of people who break the rules. They'll not be missed. Conversely DJ will be missed. Simple choice, I vote for DJ!
