people buy from where they see fit,promoting where helps everyone including us.Lack of regulation and structure on how people buy, not from whom determines the growth or death of the aftermarket industry.At some point product support beyond an email and buying from a photo are required.I found this out most recently as a customer.Manufacturers don,t want to be sales people and someone making $30 from e-bay doesn,t want to provide too much support.The industry will never grow whilst products are sold through backdoor means.A customer may win today but lose tommorrow.Some people will never see this or believe it,thats their choice,but its a fact and not an opinion whether they like it or not.In regards to internet businesses please tell me which ones in the motorcycle industry in Australia are going through the roof?I,d like to say hello to santa while i,m at it.
