just what i thought thanks madmax you have hit the nail on the head the 08 has killed us i payed 15k for my bike 6 months ago they wanted to give me 9k today when asked (wtf are you smoking) why that much there reply was 08 is out new look, bigger engine, better everything, the old style isnt what people want now. and yes dan i love my bike nothing better than a long ride to get what ever crap thats in my life out and become normal again but at some stage when you do want to get rid of your bike you want to know your getting a far deal not just humped in the back side before i bought my busa i googled everything about them and other bikes for to see what reliability they had and resale value thats why i bought the big girl but 6 months on always cared for like a baby my bike is worth shit.
What about busgos bike man that is a nice machine and its his pride and joy.
I would offer the moon for it if i was looking to buy one but what would a dealer offer, a price thats no where near in the ball park as some of us would that know art and class when we see it. But at the end of the day i want that dash for mine
