This isn't a comment about the combatants on this thread.

If you don't know what you're talking about - shut up.

If you do know what you're talking about but to comment adds nothing or makes it worse. Don't comment.

If you don't want to be misunderstood - type what you mean. Don't be ambiguous.

If someone is pissing you off - ignore them. It's easy. Even better... ask them why. If you can't come to some compromise, agree to disagree. If it just won't go away, ask a moderator to intervene.

Life is all about choices. If you choose to get angry... you choose to type angry... you choose to go off half cocked.... you choose to egg on someone else's fight.... you choose to inflame.... you choose to insult and denigrate then you make stupid choices.

Choose something else.

Everybody here has a lot in common. Lets work on those points for a while eh?

I for one would like to see a day when the reputation counter disappears. I'm sure it will one day... when we don't need it any more. When we've earned it. I'd prefer not to have it - but I can see that we need it.

Again... none of this is a comment on this thread. Well, not directly.

As always... I'll shut up now.
