Yeah, I tend to use BP where & when possible. Main reason for that is, over the years I have done quite a bit of work in several refineries around the country. (New construction, upgrade & maintenance work). Out of all refineries, BP are the best kept & cleanest. This seems to show in the fuel quality. + I do know that BP often sells fuel to Caltex & Mobil when the other 2 can't produce enough to meet demand. (usually because their refineries are in need of repair). I have found that I get better economy (in the cars) with BP than any other fuel.

Within the last couple of years the Diesel line at the Caltex refinery in Brisbane was being upgraded. during this time Caltex could not make Diesel. So for almost 11mths during 06 / 07 all deisel being sold from Caltex outlets in Brisbane was actually coming from the BP refinery.
