Ok I dont want to make this my daughters thread but seeing youve asked me twice. After 'Judith' graduated with psych and dip ed (4 yrs Deakon) she went on to teach in London for a year then Bialik Melb. for a year then went back to Deakon and took her masters in clinic psych (2 yrs). Now working with troubled youth in Dandenong Southern Health District as a clinic psychologist. When she was teaching I believe it was mostly psych plus a few other subjects.
Pic after graduating masters almost 3 yrs ago. (shes now 28 and married 3 yrs.)

I want to add how appreciative I am to Australias system of HECS allowing students to study on government loans then repaying when they start to work (truly equal opportunity). Without it my kids would not have had the opportunities they now have, as I was never in a financial position to be able to pay Uni fees. I dont know how many countries around the world offer this. but a big Thank You Australia you are truly the best country on earth and I am appreciative enough to mention this fact.
My oldest son David (31) is currently finishing his 3rd year Med school at Perth Uni. My youngest Ari (22) just finished his post grad for psych, looking to possibly be a forensic psychologist. All my kids have worked long and hard for whom they are today.
ermm and for the record I left school aged 15. So yes a big thank you once again Australia!
