If you have to route the breather to a catch can your overlooking that something is causing it to breath heavily enough to push oil out.
If its not just way overfull...and there is enough oil in the bike
Start the bike, does the oil light go out?
Are there any new noises ? (if the answers are not yes and no in that order turn it off;) )
Is it running smoothly on 4 cyls ? if not unclip the injector plugs one at a time and see which one doesn't make a difference.
