Impromptu Vic Ride 2/8/03

Anyone up for a ride this Saturday as it's going to be nice and sunny (so they say) most of the day. I was thinking nothing too far but somewhere like Launching Place up to Healesville then to Kinglake, I think some of you guys went to that ride a few months ago with me. If i get a few replies i'd make the meet at Springvale/Maroondah Maccas at 11.00am.

Great day for riding, 8 Busa's turned up in Yea.
There must have been alot of batteries charged up yesterday. There were alot of bikes on the road today.
Some of the riders now know what a Busa fly-by looks like now!

Did my own ride day today, South Gippsland Hwy to Korumburra (scenic but boring), Korumburra to Yarragon (Nice twisties both sweepers and some tight stuff with a nice lunch at Yarragon). From there the back road home through Neerim South, Noojee, Powelltown then you come out at Yarra Junction. Awesomely scenic, awesome twisties, awesome road surface, only downside was a few dampspots but that ride will be a real buzz in summer.
