Custom Hayabusa leather jackets
#1
I spotted one of these on Oz ebay recently last bid $256, claims of $AUD600 new yada yada...load BS, they aren't cheap but not $600, about AUD 420 + shipping from the US. Has anyone bought or inspected one of the AGV Sport leather jackets, like this one:

The Australian distributor is listed as:

www.agvsport.com.au/contact/index.html

I'll give them a ring for Oz dist pricing when they open tomorrow. Mark

By suzuki stuff do you mean official merchandise? AFAIK these are just aftermarket jackets made or imported by "AGV Sports", not official Factory Suzuki product etc. Mark

I actually put in bids for the eBay one, but got a message a day later saying it had been withdrawn for some reason. It looked a bit suss as the seller had a variety of one-off items all selling at $1!

I emailed the seller to ask if I could drop around to check size and cond of the jacket as it was from Canberra, his reply put me off and I went investigating to find them from USD199 (but not black/silver dammit) on US ebay.

bicyclebuiltfortwo23 is the seller.

Unfortunately not mate, however the condition is basically as new (worn once) and the size is US 42 (I'm about 5foot10 and 55kgs and the jacket is just a bit too wide for me - I would say it would fit someone up to 70kg. Mark

Hey little bloke,
I understand that 8lbs of weight saved equals about 1 horsepower, when we compare your light weight fighting frame verses my - "all meat and spare not the fillers" frame your Bus should far quicker, we'll have too see about that!
