G'day all,

I decided to give you people a bit more time, however it looks like the Snotgurgle got the better of you all.

Answer; A Snotgurgle is a fowl creature that can be found only beyond the Urals. It has a habit of lying in front of a gnome dwelling and breathing down the entrance untill all insids are dead or destroyed. They also enjoy inflicting pain on anything they encounter.

Maybe in a while I'll ask another stupid question!

Thank you for finally putting me out of my misery! For an obsessive soul like myself it was driving me nuts not being able to find out the answer anywhere I looked. I tried your hint about looking up the word "djudje", but that didn't get me anywhere.

I look forward to the next challenge .... especially if the prize again involves a free service and tune!

You were OH so close. The word 'Djudje' was Bulgarian for Gnome. You were on the right track looking for the Book of Gnomes.
